I've been exploring some interesting possibilities with AI lately, particularly how small businesses can use it to do things that once required much larger teams.

But something occurred to me recently.

Sometimes, in our enthusiasm for learning something new, we overlook the value of what we already know.

Earlier in my career, I worked in learning and development, both for a training-services company and within corporate organizations. Eventually, I moved into learning leadership.

I was also involved in the early days of e-learning in Canada, when technology was beginning to change how organizations developed their people.

Now, years later, I'm exploring another technological shift.

And I've started seeing connections between that earlier experience and what I'm working on today.

Perhaps the most interesting possibilities aren't always found in starting something entirely new.

Sometimes they're found in bringing together things we've learned at different points in our lives.

That's something I hadn't fully appreciated until recently.

Still Learning. And apparently, still connecting the dots.
